What does 'inactive account ' mean and how to re-activate?

If you neither provided services to clients for 45 days nor did you have any activities in the TD community, you will have to pay 6 USD as a subscription fee for passive membership and receive a warning (this amount will be deducted from the required remaining amount in your wallet that is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions page). For example (10 - 6 = 4 USD), which means, if you do not want to get suspended, you need to top up for the next month's inactive (passive) membership requirement.

To reactivate your account, you need to contact the community moderators and answer their questions, if the community moderators decide not to process the reactivation of your account, while you think your reasons are legit and valid, you still have a chance to contact the TD admins directly through the TD website's contact page form. The decision TD admins make shall be considered final for each case.

This cycle will be repeated each inactivity period.
