How is the privacy of proposals protected?

All proposals are password protected. Thus, only the project owner will be able to see submitted proposals for projects he/she owns.
If you forgot to set password for one or more of your proposals, TD Editors will notify you, unless you want your proposals to be explicitly public (i.e. non-profit organizations that raise money for a certain cause and want to keep all the information public).
