Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all C-level persons and other partnering CEOs to develop and execute the company's strategic plans, goals, and objectives
- Work directly with the Product Manager to plan for the success of TechoDesign and upcoming products.
- Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments and teams within the organization.
- Create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across the company.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of business strategies.
- Drive organizational growth and profitability by identifying new opportunities, markets, and revenue streams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, partners, and employees.
- Lead by example, embodying the company's values and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, representing its interests externally.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven executive leadership experience in the consulting industry in a CEO, founder, owner or similar role for at least 2 years.
- Possessing robust business strategy, exceptional leadership prowess, and unwavering determination to drive success.
- Track record that reflects their ability to deliver results: achieving revenue targets, securing funding, building a strong team and company culture.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. .
- Fluent or native English, Indian and Malay speaker, capable of proficient verbal and written communication in the language. Knowledge of any other language is advantageous, especially Chinese.
- Already possesses an extensive network comprising investors, founders, and professional service providers.
- Expresses an outgoing nature, thriving on connecting with others, seizing opportunities, and enthusiastically tackling challenges with a proactive and adaptable approach.

Terms and Conditions
- This position has a 3 month probationary period during which the candidate's performance will be evaluated to make a further decision.
- During the 3 month probationary period, the candidate will receive a monthly salary.
- Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the candidate will achieve the position specified for 1 year.
