- Come up with strategies that result in generating sales and building & maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Plan smartly and consistently to meet or exceed set sales goals.
- Stay informed about the products and services offered to effectively present their benefits and solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- A technical background makes understanding the products and services easier to sell. However, if the person is a fast learner and can understand technical terms and functions, they will be able to handle this perfectly.
Terms and Conditions
- The salesperson will earn a commission based on a percentage of the total value of sales closed. Specific commission rates may vary depending on the product or service sold, and commissions are only paid on fully completed and finalized transactions.
- In the event of termination, whether by the sales person or the company, commissions will be paid only for deals that were finalized prior to the termination date. No commission will be paid for deals in progress that were not completed before termination.
