Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and inspire the sales team to improve performance, foster collaboration, and achieve individual and team goals
- Create and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Track sales metrics, analyze market conditions, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales processes and adjust strategies

- This role has a 3-month paid probationary period (compensation is set per level of experience explained above in the Payment Amount sub-section)
- The individual/org must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information related to the products and services, as well as the employment/partnership information (except what has been specifically permitted in the agreements and other documents).
